What it means
Fieldwork can be audited at any time, for any reason. If audited, you or your supervisor may be asked to submit the supervision contract, your unique fieldwork records, the Monthly Fieldwork Verification Forms, and your documentation system, within the time frame in the audit email, typically 14 days. Documents that arrive after the deadline are not reviewed, and fieldwork that is not in compliance may be disqualified.
